AT OAK WOOD PLACE WE LOVE PETS
AND KNOW THEY ARE PART OF YOUR FAMILY!

We allow one small pet that weights less than 25 lbs. to live in the same apartment with a resident. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $400.00 that must be paid at the time the pet moves in. This is a damage and cleaning fee that will be used to restore the apartment and make ready for a new resident when it becomes vacant.

Of course, a companion guide dog for a blind resident is always welcome at Oak Wood Place.

Due to health codes, the pet cannot accompany the resident to the dining room during meal times unless it is a trained guide dog. In our sole judgment, if the pet becomes a nuisance, disturbs, or becomes a danger to other residents, the pet will be removed.
